1. License
Subject to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnipHalo only on devices and within the scope Apple permits.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in captures, recordings, annotations, and recognized text. You are responsible for having the right to capture, record, edit, save, or share content and for complying with applicable law, consent requirements, confidentiality duties, and third-party rights.
3. Translation services
macOS manages Apple on-device translation resources and availability. If you configure a third-party translation API, your use, costs, security, and data processing are governed by that service’s terms. We do not control the service you choose.
4. Payments, updates, and availability
If the app or a feature requires payment, Apple’s store rules govern purchases and refunds. We may update or adjust features for security, compatibility, and quality, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device, OS version, or third-party service.
5. Output accuracy and backups
OCR, translation, scrolling composition, and other output may contain errors. Review results before relying on or publishing them, and keep backups of important source content.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipHalo is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.
7. Termination and applicable terms
The license may terminate if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Apple’s Standard EULA and mandatory consumer laws in your region continue to apply.
